While you still can, I thoroughly recommend getting out for a walk each day! Take the time to really look at your surroundings. Notice changes on houses, a flowering tree etc. Pick a different route each day, and challenge yourself with some hills!

My goal is to get across my kids’ monkey bars by the end of this COVID-19 caper. I’m four rungs in: only about 6 to go!
For you, it might be doing a handstand, being able to stand on one leg with your eyes closed for 30sec, skipping for 1 minute… You’ll think of something! Having a goal makes it a bit more fun and focused.

There is a dizzying array of online exercise programmes! I can’t even begin to scratch the surface for you, so do a deep dive into the rabbit hole and find what suits you best! My personal favourite has been to find a programme on Pinterest, set up an interval timer app, some great workout music and GO!
