Plyometric training

Plyometric training

If you’re interested in training your agility and vertical jumping, these are my fave 5.  A lot of people will be missing their peak agility from lockdown, so add these in to your workout or training session!  As with everything, start small and build slowly to avoid injury.  After a month or two of a few sessions a week, you’ll begin to see improvements! Jump to it!
